ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 24.07.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9677 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6991 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.638 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is not in dispute that the condition imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9677 of 2025, dated 24.07.2025 directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the trial Court once in a week, till the disposal of the appeal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9677 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6991 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.638 of 2025., dated 24.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
