2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that there are 22 previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.
3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14619 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.
