2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner and hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.
3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P.(MD). No.13749 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police twice a month ie., on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.00 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
