COMMON ORDER The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents fairly submits that this Court directed the petitioners to make a representation to the respondents/contemnors 1 and 2 with respect to the issue of the Seethalakshmi Achi College for Women with immediate effect and thereafter, the second contemnor was directed to conduct an inquiry immediately as to the allegations made by the petitioners herein within 08.01.2024 in that regard and also prevent any meeting which was likely to have been convened by the 3rd respondent flouting the rules of the Trust Board as well as the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Act, 1976. Duly complying the said order, the meeting was promptly stopped by the contemnors on 08.11.2024. However, later on 17.10.2025, the Secretary, namely, Mutha Adaikappan who was appointed as the Secretary once again by flouting bye laws of the Trust deed. Despite the same his appointment has been approved by the contemnors, which should not have been done.

In view of the same, this Court herein direct the contemnors to forthwith cancel the approval of the Muthu Adaikappan as Secretary and further, it is made clear that the contemnors will not approve any person as Secretary till the disposal of the Trust O.P.No.72 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai.

3. Accordingly, these contempt petitions stand closed. It is made clear that the petitioner/Annamalai Chettiar should not be restrained from entering into the Seethalakshmi Achi College for Women by anyone, for the purposes of the Trust.
