ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 20.03.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.4868 of 2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.4868 of 2023 has been duly complied with and that the issue is presently pending consideration before the Commissioner of Land Administration.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Commissioner of Land Administration, and the said Authority is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
