The first respondent initiated action against the second respondent, pursuant to the complaint preferred by the petitioner. Since the complaint was not disposed of, after concluding the enquiry, the petitioner submitted a representation on 27.07.2009. Since the representation was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the first respondent. None appears on behalf of the second respondent, in spite of printing his name in the cause list.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 27.07.2009 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
