Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pursue the eviction drive against the encroachment made by the 3rd Respondent by putting bricklin in S.F No. 46/1 of Palakurichi village Manapparai Taluk as per provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act 1905 (Act 3 of 1905) consequently directing the 2nd Respondent to complete the eviction drive within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders.
