encroachment in Sundaram Periya Kanmai at Survey No.61/1 in Sundaram Village, Pudukkottai District.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter is sub judice before this Court in Second Appeal (MD) SR.No.55642 of 2012.

3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition in public interest. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
