ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner and that there is no change in circumstances in the case. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that this is a case of joint possession of 23 kgs of ganja by the accused persons and that the trial has already commenced.

2. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial process within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
