ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement the order of the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A3/3998/2025 dated 15.07.2025 by remove the "Tamarind Tree' situated in Valangudi Group Natham Survey No.367/7 in a time bound manner.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Senthil, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that they have no objection to the petitioner himself removing the tamarind tree.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting permission to the petitioner to remove the tamarind tree at his costs and give effect to the order of the second respondent dated 15.07.2025.
