Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to register a First Information Report on the complaints of the petitioner's son to investigate the same in accordance with law and to provide security to the petitioner to run the Alagappar Chettinad Restaurant Hotel situated in Door No.183, Bye-Pass Road, Madurai.

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents-1 to 3, to register an F.I.R, based on the complaint given by the petitioner's son.

Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents-1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's son, already a case has been registered on the file of S.S.Colony Police Station, in Crime No.1109 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 427, 457, 380(NP) and 506(i) of I.P.C, and the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
