(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the seventh respondent submitted that erection has already been over and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 2.In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed to furnish the details of erection and other particulars to the petitioner so as to enable him to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
