The petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent on 31.03.2011, requesting to issue patta in respect of the land in Survey No.99, having an extent of 1 Acre and 10 cents, situated at Aalathur Village, Aavudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Since there was no follow up action taken by the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 31.03.2011 on merits and as per law with notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the third respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
