ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.370 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, which was registered for the offence under Section 194 of BNSS, subsequently altered as Section 108 of BNS.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that they were not available in the place of occurrence when the alleged threat is said to have been made by the petitioners on 17.08.2025; that they have produced their call records and mobiles to the respondent Police and sought for quashing of the impugned FIR.

3. When this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this petition.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court is of the view that the respondent Police shall consider the representation made by the petitioners before filing the final report and shall file the final report within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the 2/4
