ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to any Investigation Officer, by considering his representation dated 27.09.2025.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that though he had named several persons in his complaint, the third respondent registered the complaint only against two persons and that the investigation has not been conducted in an effective manner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/4

respondent police, on instructions, would submit that third respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and that if during the course of investigation the involvement of any other accused is found, the final report would be filed against those persons. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
