Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to his proceedings in A.No.180/2012/A1 and to quash the order, dated 30.11.2012 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service and pay all his pensionary benefits and service dues along with interest at the rate of 18% from the date of his retirement, dated 30.11.2012.
