The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 for excommunicating the petitioner from Muslim Jamath at Bodi, Theni District and consequently to forbear the respondents 4 to 6 from conducting Kattapanchayat and imposing social disability including the excommunication in the Muslim Jamath.

the bundle to the petitioner one year back. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The writ petition is of the year 2013. No notice has been ordered to any of the respondents.

4. In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner still has any grievance, it is open to him to approach the authority, for redressal of his grievance. No costs.
