O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 18.08.2021 and joint patta No.51, the petitioner had applied for a survey and subdivision of 1383.75 sq.ft. in survey No.54/12 at Panaikulam Village. This Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to the joint pattadars and to owners of relevant adjacent lands.

3. The petitioner has purchased 1383.75 sq.ft. in survey No.54/12 under the sale deed dated 18.08.2021. The total extent in the said survey 2/4

number is 2.20 ares. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to the joint pattadars before taking a decision. It is also necessary to issue notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands.

4. Subject to these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and subdivision after issuing notice to the persons mentioned in the previous paragraph. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
