ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.No.A7/4674/2011, dated 28.03.2011 passed by the second respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, however, it is open to the authorities concerned to initiate appropriate legal action for misappropriate of public funds, if any.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
