*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents requesting to remove the encroachment in respect of the land in Natham Survey No.371/39, K.Meyyampatti Village. Since follow-up action was not taken, in spite of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy and the District Collector, Trichy District, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the Tahsildar, Musiri, indicating the encroachment. In case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Jurisdictional Tahsildar, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
