ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for fencing the land, by considering her representation dated 06.10.2025.

2.Admittedly, there is a dispute between the petitioner and her neighbors, who are arrayed as respondents 3 to 8, as regards the boundaries of the land. It is a case of the petitioner that survey was conducted and the boundaries were marked. Therefore, the respondents 3 to 8 have no right to prevent the petitioner from fencing the property.

3.The respondent police have no jurisdiction to entertain such a dispute and provide police protection as prayed for. If it is the case of the petitioner 2/4

that the respondents 3 to 8 are illegally preventing her from fencing the property, it is needless to say that the appropriate remedy would be to approach the civil Court.
