*********** The petitioner submitted a representation on 28.02.2011, requesting the respondent to apportion the amount fetched by auctioning the trees from and out of cutting of trees from Peria Kanmoi, situated in S.No.89 in Kavandanpatti Bit 1. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondent.

3. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28.02.2011 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
