ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner has submitted online application seeking permission to excavate the soil from the petition mentioned patta land. He wants to use it only for own purposes.
3. The third respondent is directed to consider the said application and dispose of within a period of six weeks. It is informed that spot inspection has to be done by the revenue authority. It appears that it is a case of joint patta. The petitioner must obtain consent from the co-pattadhar. If the petitioner is unable to obtain such consent, permission cannot be granted. In any event, final order shall be passed on the petitioner's online application within the aforesaid period by the third respondent.
