************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the obstruction caused by the fifth respondent in the irrigation channel running through S.F.No.164/B2, Punjai Kadamban Kuruchi Village, Karur. 2.The third respondent has filed counter affidavit and in paragraph No.5 thereof, it is mentioned that the subject irrigation channel runs through the fifth respondent's patta land. The spot inspection also reveals that the fifth respondent has made certain obstructions. The Tahsildar undertakes to remove the said obstruction after issuing notice to the fifth respondent. 3.We therefore, direct the third respondent to remove the encroachment alleged to have been created by the fifth respondent in the said irrigation channel after due notice to him. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
