Thirumana Mandabam consequently directing the respondent No.1 to 4 to take action against all the officials who are responsible for permitting to conduct marriage and other functions in S.V. (Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) None appears for the petitioner. The grievance appears to be that without valid permission, the eighth respondent is running a Thirumana Mandabam. In this regard, a representation has been given on 05.08.2013 which has become stale. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to assess the present situation and if he is still aggrieved, he can prefer another representation which will be considered by the competent authority on its own merit and in accordance with law.
2.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
