ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul to expedite the disposal of the O.S.No.75 of 2020 and to pass order within a time frame.

2. In a suit filed by the first respondent as early as in the year 2020, inspite of pleadings have been completed, issues have not been framed and that the suit has been kept pending for the past five years.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.75 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, but however not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
