ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is an office bearer of the petition mentioned Trust. He alleges that certain documents executed in the name of the Trust by one Chandrabose were fraudulently registered. According to him, the registering authority has taken illegal gratification for registering the documents. In this regard, complaint was lodged and reports were also called for.

3.These are not matters in which this writ Court, exercising its writ jurisdiction, would be justified in issuing any direction. The writ petitioner has made specific allegation and the Head of the Department is already cognizant of the same. It is for the Head of the Department to take appropriate action as per law. I do not issue any direction as such. If according to the writ petitioner some criminal activity had taken place, it is open to the writ petitioner to invoke the procedure set out in the penal laws.

4.Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner and leaving the matter to the discretion of the Head of the Department, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
