The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 132 days in representing the papers for steps for the deceased fourth respondent in S.A(MD)No.366 of 2021.

2.Heard both sides and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the petitions, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 02.01.2026.
