ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 based on the Honourable Division Bench of this Court by its common order dated 13.12.2023 passed in W.A.(MD)No.1290 to 1294, 1296, 1303 to 1305 of 2019 by re-fixing and remitting the pension, arrears with emoluments and with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2025, as pert the directions issued by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court dated 13.12.2023 passed in W.A.(MD)No.1290 to 1294, 1296, 1303 to 1305 of 2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
