ORDER
The writ petitioner is an employee of the third respondent cooperative society, which is a registered society under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. Thus the writ petition cannot be entertained.

2. The cooperative society registered under the Act is not come within the Article 12 of the Constitution of India. The reply letter given by the District Registrar, Cooperative Society would not constitute a ground to maintain a writ petition. The writ petitioner to redress his grievance is bound to approach the competent authority under the Cooperative Societies Act. More specifically Section 153 of the Act provides revision to redress the grievances.
3. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority to redress his grievance by filing a revision under the prescribed format and by paying fees. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
