ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that he sent a registered post to the writ petitioner for the purpose of securing instructions enabling the learned counsel for the petitioner to pursue the case before this Court. Inspite of his effort, he is unable to secure the instructions from the petitioner. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to pursue with the case.
