ORDER

This petition is to challenge the returned docket order, dated 25.10.2025 in unnumbered Cr.M.P. No. -- /2025 in S.C. No. 28 of 2023 passed by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, in which, the petitioner has sought for a copy of the DVD, which was marked as Material Object in the sessions case.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner had cross examined the witness, who had marked the 65B certificate as exhibit and DVD as M.O.6. before the Court.

3. The case is now posted for the judgment on 07.11.2025. In fact, in an earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17694 of 2025, seeking stay of the proceedings, in view of the pendency of the protest petition filed by the petitioner, this Court, vide order, dated 15.10.2025, had observed that the request of the petitioner to stay the proceedings at this stage cannot be entertained. Thereafter, the petitioner has come up with this petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. It is also stated that the petitioner in his written submission has assailed the 65B certificate. 2/4
