ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to include petitioner name in seniority list prepared by the first respondent office based on petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to include petitioner's name in seniority list prepared by the first respondent office, since she has also made a representation to the respondents on 18.09.2025, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
