After filing an appeal on 30.06.2025 before the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of the patta issued to the third respondent, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof by this Writ Petition.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the first respondent would conduct an inquiry and issue orders within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadar.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the third respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of 2/4
