ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 15500 of 2025 dt. 17.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. She further submitted that the third petitioner alone threatened the witness and separate FIR has been registered against A5/3rd Petitioner.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and modified and the petitioners 1&2 shall report before the respondent police as and when required, and the 3rd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a day, ie., daily morning at 10.30 a.m, and evening at 5.30 p.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
