The petitioner states that he is about 80 years old. He further states that he lives with his aged wife in his married daughter's rental house. He also states that he is a person with 100% visual disability. In these circumstances, after submitting a representation seeking grant of a free house site patta, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the petitioner has been given priority on account of age and disability and is currently at Sl.No.540 in the list of persons seeking a free house site patta.

3. The Tahsildar shall verify whether these statements made in the affidavit are correct. If such statements are correct, a case is made out to prioritise the petitioner's request for a free house site patta. Subject to the 2/4

above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 and pass orders thereon within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
