The petitioner is seeking a relief against the first respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent.

2. The writ petition is of the year 2013. No notice has been ordered to the respondents from the year 2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities to get his grievance redressed.

3. In such circumstances, It is open to the petitioner to approach the authorities if he still has any grievance. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
