By relying on a sale deed dated 17.07.1971, the petitioner had made a representation dated 08.08.2025 to the District revenue officer alleging that a UDR error was committed in relation to the property in survey No.58/2 of an extent of 40 cents. The present Writ Petition relates to the early disposal of proceedings before the District Revenue Officer.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits upon receipt of a report from the Revenue Divisional Officer.
3. In these facts and circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application relating to alleged UDR errors within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable 2/4
opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadar as per revenue records. No costs.
