Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent Director in Na.Ka.No.15262/F2/2010 dated 6.8.2010, quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as Lecturer in English in the 5th respondent-college w.e.f. 13.6.2008 (appointment made within the staff-strength fixed by the 2nd respondent Director of Collegiate Education vide Pa.Mu.No.42095/F4/99 dated 12.10.1999 and Mu.Mu.No.66421/F4/99 dated 24.2.2000) and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary with all attendant benefits.
