ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13707 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
