O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.3 to give application for education loan and to provide Education loan to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 22.02.2013 sent by his father.

2.According to the petitioner, he has applied for educational loan to the third respondent Bank. The third respondent refused to give application form. In the circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition. 3.The third respondent filed counter affidavit and denied all the allegations made by the petitioner. The third respondent stated that the petitioner was directed to obtain bonafide students certificate. Instead https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of obtaining the bonafide certificate and producing the same, the petitioner has come out with the present writ petition. 4.From the averments made in the affidavit and the counter affidavit, it is seen that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for sanctioning of educational loan. In view of the noncompliance of the same, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Bank authorities along with the documents.
