O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 12.6.2013. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the second respondent had indulged in certain illegal activities of tampering the revenue records. In this regard, the Writ Petitioner had submitted a representation to the first respondent on 12.6.2013. However, no action has been taken till today. 3.On a perusal of the copy of the representation, it is stated that some bogus documents were created. The truth regarding the allegations are to be culled out only by conducting an enquiry.

4.Under these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner on 12.6.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the Writ Petition and the relevant records along with the copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
