This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2013 and take appropriate action against 4th respondent.

2.Heard both sides.

3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, being the Ward Member of the 6th Ward in Ulloor Panchayat, alleging some irregularities, malpractices and misappropriation of funds, committed by the fourth respondent in his office, has sent a representation dated 20.06.2013, requesting for necessary action. As no action was taken by the petitioner is before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the post of President is no more in existence.

6.Recording such submission, the writ petition is closed. However, it is always open to the respondents 1 to 3, to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if any misappropriation or malpractice, as alleged by the petitioner, is noticed. No costs.
