Defendants Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the entire records of the impugned proceedings in NDN No.1179/2025 in S.A.SR.No.6322/2025, dated 22.07.2025 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and its consequential proceedings and to set aside the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed invoking under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai in NDN No.1179/2025 in S.A.SR.No. 6322/2025, dated 22.07.2025.

2. We are of the opinion that the present revision petition is not maintainable and the appropriate remedy available for the petitioner is to file an appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and thus, the present revision petition fails.

3. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
