[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the direction of this Court passed on 10.07.2025 in W.P(MD) No.1881 of 2020 has not been complied with.
2.The learned Government Pleader has placed before this Court the subsequent order passed by the same Bench on 08.08.2025, wherein the writ petition itself has been disposed of recording compliance of the order.
3.Since the Court which passed the order is satisfied and has disposed of the writ petition recording compliance of the directions, we are not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
