ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the order, dated 18.02.2011, passed by the The District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli District, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the petitioners, earlier the second petitioner was appointed as Correspondent of K.A.M.P.Meerania Middle School. Challenging the said appointment, the third respondent has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.11639 of 2010 before this Court and the same was allowed. Against which, the petitioners filed writ appeal in W.A.No.256 of 2011 and also obtained an interim order. When, the writ appeal is pending, the second respondent has passed the impugned order. Against which, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submits the above writ appeal has already been dismissed and SLP filed by the petitioners was also dismissed by the Supreme Court, the learned counsel also not in a position to dispute the same.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition, hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
