O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the second respondent to survey the S.No.909/20 at Ayyampatti Village, P.Vellodu Village, Vedachandur, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that the very same prayer was the subject-matter of the other Writ Petition in W.P.No.9686 of 2014 and an order was passed and the Writ Petitioner was 9th respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that Writ Petition. The order was passed in the Writ Petition on 31.8.2015. Pursuant to the order, the survey was conducted by a competent Surveyor and a report was also submitted in this regard. Thus no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
