ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to her life and limb and peaceful possession and enjoyment of her property,.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the third respondent was interfering with his possession; that the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.12 of 2010, which was decreed in his favor by the judgment dated 19.12.2011; that the third respondent had filed an appeal, which was also dismissed and that the third respondent is still interfering with the petitioner's possession.

3.This Court is of the view that if the third respondent has violated the judgment and decree in favor of the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to move the Execution Court. The second respondent cannot adjudicate 2/4

such a dispute and provide police protection as sought for. Consequently, this Court cannot issue any direction as prayed for. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
