ORDER

Challenging the impugned order in File No.D1/005432/25 dated 17.10.2025 issued by the second respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the impugned order has been passed without notice to him and without affording him an opportunity of personal hearing to put forth his case and hence, the same is liable to be set aside.

4. In view of the above, without dwelling much upon the merits of the matter, taking note of the fact that the impugned order has been passed without notice to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and impugned order in File No.D1/005432/25 dated 17.10.2025 passed by the second respondent is hereby set aside. The matter is remitted back to the file of the second respondent, who shall consider the same afresh and pass order, after giving an opportunity of 2/4

personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
