Mandamus is filed to direct the respondents to construct a sub way with straight road with a breadth of 5.5 mts in the replacement of level crossing near Manapparai Railway Station in the Trichy-Madurai Line in accordance with the specification and approved by the committee under the Road Over Bridge Scheme.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents submits that subway is meant only for slow moving vehicles and there is a regular over bridge. 3.Recording the same, we find no cause for pursuing the matter in public interest. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
